Globalsoft releases new version of MDM Hub monitoring and reporting application

San Jose, CA – June 4, 2013  Today at the commencement of Informatica World 2013, Globalsoft announced an update to its popular MDM Hub Analyzer application for monitoring and reporting on the operating performance and activities of the Informatica MDM Hub.  Release 1.5 adds support for SIF activity and some additional reporting KPIs.  The Services Integration Framework (SIF) is Informatica’s protocol for real-time integration with Informatica MDM, and is increasingly used by customers to integrate with downstream applications and user applications for data stewardship, including Informatica’s Information Data Director (IDD).

Until now only batch activity has been monitored due to the complexity and potential impact on performance in collecting meta-data about SIF activity.  “The addition of support for SIF activity is the number one requested enhancement to the MDM Hub Analyzer” said Raj Lohia, CEO of Globalsoft.  “We have been working on this for over a year and are now able to make it available to our customers”.

Globalsoft has been continuously adding functionality to the MDM Hub Analyzer.  R1.5 is the third release in 2013.  “We are pushing releases out quickly to meet the requests of our customers”, said Rob Caplan, director of products at Globalsoft, “and we will continue to add functionality throughout the year”.
