Raj Lohia
CEO
Raj is founder and CEO of Globalsoft. He is a senior architect and leads Globalsoft’s consulting services practice. Raj has an impressive technical background including over 20 years of software development and lead experience. He was a founding member of Active Software, the pioneer EAI company that is now part of Software AG.
Raj plays an instrumental role in architecture design, implementation and testing to production rollout and support. Raj is also a mentor to Globalsoft’s consultants. His practical project management and team skills are proven to meet client’s tight time-to-market requirements.
Rob Caplan
COO
Rob has over 20 years experience managing the business of high tech and turning ideas and technologies into successful businesses. His broad background includes strategic counsel in channel and partnership development, strategic marketing, and commercialization of R&D. Rob has been COO of Globalsoft, Inc. since 2008.
A veteran of both iconic businesses—such as Apple Computer, EDS, and Active Software–and small start-ups, Rob provides business guidance and marketing savvy to the management of Globalsoft’s business.
Zia Quraishi
Vice President of Services
With over 30 years of experience and leadership in high technology services delivery, Zia joins GlobalSoft with a wealth of knowledge in practice development, executive relationship management, and delivery implementation.
A veteran of Informatica’s Professional Services Organization for over seventeen years as an MDM Architect, MDM Practice Lead, and Senior Director, Americas Delivery, Zia recruited, trained, mentored, and led a team of over 180 highly performing services professionals that implemented Informatica solutions for Global 100 customers.
Prior to Informatica, Zia held various services delivery roles at CSC, webMethods, Active Software, and Software AG.
Oleg Shvets
Director of Services
Oleg has over 15 years of experience in consulting across various industries with a specialty in Master Data Management. Oleg’s background includes leading regional teams, global initiatives, and an MDM practice with Informatica’s Professional Services group.
His hands-on experience with Informatica MDM as a developer, solution architect, and delivery manager allowed Oleg to form great connections with the 60+ person consulting groups he has managed and directed. Oleg also has extensive experience in providing executive sponsorship for complex, multi-product on–premise and cloud engagements across Data Management.
Oleg has extensive experience with coordinating consulting services offerings with Informatica’s engineering, product management, R&D and sales teams in his leadership role for the on-premise to cloud SaaS MDM modernization program.
Amar Doshi
Director of Consulting Services
Amar has more than 20 years of experience in consulting and product engineering. He has domain expertise in master data management, data quality, data integration, data lake, and data engineering. He has extensive experience in building practice lines, scaling operation, and building strong relationships with the clients.
In his previous roles Amar has managed strategic accounts, owner of PnL, responsible for Pre-Sales activities, built agile, lean, and mean teams by pro actively cross-training teams. Amar is champion of people and takes pride in building cohesive teams.
Adam Bartolomeo
Senior Principal Architect
Adam joined GlobalSoft as a Senior Principal Architect specializing in MDM on premises and SaaS solutions. Adam’s career in MDM and Data Management includes 13 years as the lead MDM Solution Architect with Informatica’s Professional Services group.
Adam has extensive experience in MDM configuration, data model design, data analysis, especially match tuning, and solution design across numerous implementations with customers such as J&J HCS, Boehringer Ingelheim, Mass Mutual, Aflac, and Principal Financial Group. Typically, these MDM projects included the Informatica products PowerCenter, IDQ, and AVOS, as well as batch, pub/sub and API Service integrations, and required successful team-based delivery across many different industries, such as Pharmaceuticals, Insurance/Finance, Retail, Auditing Firms and Public Sector.
Most recently, Adam has been the lead MDM Architect for MDM Modernizations, moving on premises MDM customers such as KPMG and Freddie Mac to IDMC/MDM SaaS.
Dominic SL Maliekal
Consulting Manager
Dominic is a highly experienced software development professional with 25 Years of expertise in managing ERP products, compliance tools, and SaaS -based web security services. He excels in deep application integration, particularly with ETL and Master Data integration, including D&B data. Dominic’s passion lies in fostering creativity, setting standards, building reusable components, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. With his analytical mindset, he consistently improves performance and delivers innovative solutions, making him a valuable asset in software development.
