Wyndham Hotels teams up with Informatica MDM services provider to help implement the new and enhanced solution for better customer data management

San Jose, CA – Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc., New Jersey based American hotel company has engaged Globalsoft as their technology and services partner to help expand their Informatica MDM. Globalsoft will be responsible for the deployment, operations, and on-going maintenance of the enhanced solution and will be assisting Wyndham with the implementation of new data sources.

As one of the largest hotel franchisors in the world with 9,280 locations, Wyndham maintains a variety of operational systems responsible for reservations and bookings, marketing activities, customer profiles, etc. Information from these channels contributes to creating a customer master in MDM maintaining a single source of the most accurate and up-to-date data. Wyndham has decided to expand their ongoing processes and has decided to partner with Globalsoft for the implementation and maintenance of their MDM systems based on the latter’s years of experience delivering Informatica MDM solutions. Globalsoft will be helping Wyndham add additional data sources to their MDM, along with the configuration of new data attributes and integration with the downstream.
