Performant D&B Direct+ Solution from Globalsoft renews JLL’s Data Enrichment Processes

San Jose, CA – Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), an American Fortune 500 commercial real estate and investment management services company, moved from D&B Direct 2.0 to D&B Direct+ platform for their Data Enrichment processes earlier this year. JLL reached out to Globalsoft to help design and implement a custom solution and purchased their QuickStart package to address their Data Enrichment and Monitoring needs.

JLL is the second-largest services provider to institutional and retail investors, and to high-net-worth individuals around the world. Prior to the transition, JLL had been using Dun & Bradstreet data available via D&B Direct 2.0, to which D&B recently announced a new improved successor, D&B Direct+. It is a packaged software connector from Globalsoft, designed specifically for Informatica MDM. JLL wanted to continue using D&B data and reached out to Globalsoft to customize and implement the Direct + solution. Faster records processing speed and Monitoring of data in real-time to keep it up-to-date was identified as additional improvements made available during this transition.

Globalsoft delivered this solution via their D&B Direct QuickStart package, which included a quick and cost-effective implementation of E360 Customer Connector & D&B Direct Monitor.

Globalsoft continues to provide Support & Maintenance for its components and provision to address issues immediately.
