Globalsoft, Inc.’s off-shore entity Groove Software will be renamed as Globalsoft Frameworx as the MDM service provider revamps itself under new brand identity

Bengaluru, IN – Since 2006, Groove Software has been acting as Globalsoft’s Development and Support Center in Bangalore, India. Effective February 1, 2019 Globalsoft Frameworx will be the legal entity for Globalsoft’s operation in India. Globalsoft Frameworx helps to indicate the important role that the India operation plays for Globalsoft success. It is a structural imperative; without the India operation Globalsoft would not be able to succeed like it has. “Our team in Bangalore represents the core framework Globalsoft is built on, and we are proud to announce that both US and India operations will now be collectively known as Globalsoft.” said Praveen Nair, Director of Services, at GlobalSoft Bangalore.
